Shipping Information:

Most orders received by 12:00PM Pacific Time ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00PM PST are shipped the next business day. Orders that require assembly or customization may take additional time to be tested and completed. Please note that holidays and weekends do not factor into shipping time calculations. Shipping will be closed on December 31st and January 1st due to the holiday season. For UPS shipments, a tracking number will be issued by 6:00PM Pacific Time the day your order ships. We do not ship to PO Boxes via UPS. All orders to a PO Box must be shipped via Postal Service.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All products warranteed for 30 days from the invoice date. All items returned require an RMA number. For an RMA number, please go to the link above. To cancel an order, please submit your request as soon as possible. Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Once the item has been received, it can be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
