Shipping rates are calculated based on the actual weight of the shipment and the destination State.  To determine the shipping cost for an order, add the items you would like to your cart. After an item is placed in your cart, you will be taken to the 'Check Out' Page. To calculate the shipping cost, enter state and country and select the shipping method you prefer. Click the 'Apply' button and the cart should be automatically updated before you checkout.

For domestic orders, shipping methods include UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail, or Saver Shipping. Saver Shipping is a combination method of USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground chosen at the discretion of the CPUtopia shipping department.

All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International (regardless of the chosen method) other than Saver Shipping. All International orders with Saver Shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority chosen at the discretion of the CPUtopia shipping department. Please note that we do not ship International orders via UPS at this time.

Orders submitted by 12:00PM (PST) M-F will ship on the same day. Orders received after 12:00PM will ship the next business day. In some cases, due to stock availability or backorders, orders or individual items from an order may ship separately or at a later date.  To protect our customers from fraud, we require that the shipping address match the address registered on your credit card.  Addresses that do not match require verification and may cause delays in shipment. To register an address with your card, call the number on the back of your credit card. Custom systems and barebones require additional processing time for testing/building.
 

Tracking numbers are assigned as soon as they become available to us, however, due to update time delays associated with the UPS Database, please wait until 9:00PM PST to track your package.
