CPUtopia Shipping Policy

On this page, you will find information about our shipping methods, rates, tracking, and policies. Please review this page carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the actual weight of the shipment and the destination State.  To determine the shipping cost for an order, add the items you would like to your cart. After an item is placed in your cart, you will be taken to the 'Check Out' Page. To calculate the shipping cost, enter state and country and select the shipping method you prefer. Click the 'Apply' button and the cart should be automatically updated before you checkout.

Shipping Methods:

For domestic orders, shipping methods include Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail, or Saver Shipping. Saver Shipping is a combination method of USPS, and other carriers chosen at the discretion of the CPUtopia shipping department.

All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International or Fedex International (regardless of the chosen method) other than Saver Shipping. All International orders with Saver Shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority chosen at the discretion of the CPUtopia shipping department.

Shipping/Handling Policy:

Orders submitted by 11:00AM (PST) M-F will ship on the same day. Orders received after 11:00AM will ship the next business day. In some cases, due to stock availability or backorders, orders or individual items from an order may ship separately or at a later date.  To protect our customers from fraud, we require that the shipping address match the address registered on your credit card.  Addresses that do not match require verification and may cause delays in shipment. To register an address with your card, call the number on the back of your credit card. Custom systems and barebones require additional processing time for testing/building.
 

Order Tracking:

Tracking numbers are assigned as soon as they become available to us, however, due to update time delays associated with Database, please wait until 9:00PM PST to track your package.

Holiday Schedule:

Fedex, US Postal Service, and other carriers will be closed the following days due to the Holiday Schedules.
